. заявление декларантом по установленной форме точных сведений о товарах и транспортных средствах, перемещаемых через таможенную границу, об их таможенном режиме и других сведений, необходимых для таможенных целей. В Российской Федерации Т.д. подается в сроки, которые не могут превышать 15 дней с даты представления товаров и транспортных средств Таможенному Органу РФ. При перемещении через таможенную границу РФ физическими лицамитоваров не для коммерческих целей в ручной клади и сопровождаемом багаже Т.д. подается одновременно с представлением товара. Подача Т.д. должна сопровождаться представлением таможенному органу РФ документов, необходимых для таможенных целей. Таможенный орган РФ вправе запросить дополнительные сведения с целью проверки информации, содержащейся в Т.д., представленных документах, или для иных таможенных целей. Поданная Т.д. принимается таможенным органом РФ. С момента оформления ее принятия она становится документом, свидетельствующим о фактах, имеющих юридическое значение. С разрешения таможенного органа РФ сведения, указанные в Т.д. (до начала проверки Т.д.; до начала досмотра товаров и транспортных средств; до установления таможенным органом РФ недостоверности указанных сведений), могут быть изменены или дополнены, а поданная декларация - изъята.
